The compensation is decided after a review
We are attentive to customers' quality claims. However, kindly ask them to provide documented proof illustrating the reason for dissatisfaction—for example, a plagiarism report showing a high similarity score or negative supervisor feedback. Please apply for compensation within the appropriate period, attaching supporting files. Our Quality Assurance manager will review your claim and decide on the compensation amount.
We canceled your order

You get a 30% refund or 100% in bonuses
What happens if the expert cancels your order halfway through or later? You decide on the convenient compensation: either you get 100% compensation in bonuses to your Bonus Balance, or we pay 30% of the total amount to your payment account. Received bonuses can be used to cover your future purchases, and they have no expiration date or notable limitations. Payment is executed in 5-7 business days after the application.
Your requested writer is unavailable

We choose another expert
We allow customers to choose their preferred experts at no extra charge. Sometimes, the preferred writer might be unavailable to work on the dissertation. In this case, our team chooses another expert with similar expertise to do your work. Understandably, such a changeover is dissatisfying for the customers. However, this is not an eligible money-back case. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to select the best expert.

We aim to provide our customers with the best experience; if something dissatisfied you, we will send the complaint to the Quality Assurance team. We review your claim
Rest assured that our team is processing your request with the utmost attention. If any additional information or clarification is needed, we will contact you. Our Quality Assurance Department processes all claims and decides the compensation amount in disputable cases. We initiate a refund
You will receive a notification with our decision. If your request is approved, you will receive the money in the initial account used to pay for the order. Please note that the refund usually takes 5-7 days (unless you have a special case); however, the processing of crediting funds depends on your bank. If your compensation is approved partially, you will get a letter that explains the agreed compensation amount.

What information do I need to send with my request?
There must be an apparent reason behind your refund request. For example, you canceled your order or never received the document. Sometimes, we ask you to provide supporting documentation with your request. These cases involve quality concerns, plagiarism complaints, non-adherence to instructions, etc.. If you can think of something that illustrates your complaint and supports it (e.g., plagiarism report, supervisor’s feedback, screenshots from the chat with your expert, etc.), attach it to the claim.
Where can I see the status of my refund?

How long does it take to review my request?
Money-back processing time varies depending on the reason for the refund, order volume, and other order-related issues. Requests based on order cancellations (and similar reasons) are processed quicker than those based on quality concerns. Please be patient; the team does their best to review your claim efficiently and decide quickly on your case.
What instructions do you refer to when examining my order?
Suppose your refund claim relates to instructions (e.g., your expert didn’t follow some of your requirements). In that case, the Quality Assurance Department examines your case based on the initial instructions you uploaded when placing the order.
